Virtual Office Compliance

Thank you for submitting your Application Form.

STEP 2 - We now ask that you verify yourself online using third-party verification software. However, if you prefer, we can accept the same ID documents certified by a solicitor, or you may bring them to us in person for identification.

Once completed, move to STEP 3 below.

As a Virtual Office provider, we are legally bound to keep ID and residential address details because UK law treats virtual office services as a regulated activity under anti-money laundering (AML) legislation.

Regulations require providers to establish:

  • Identity (who you are)

  • Residential address (where you actually live)

  • A copy of the original Certificate of Incorporation (not a File Copy, hosted on Companies House)

This is because virtual office addresses are often used to:

  • Register companies

  • Open bank accounts

  • Appear as trading premises

You will need the original physical document (not a photocopy or screenshot) and a Smartphone or webcam device.

Accepted IDs usually include:

  • Passport

  • Driving licence (photocard)

  • National ID card (if applicable in your country)
